We are an ordering practice, which means you must make an appointment in advance by phone (no walk-ins)

Tuesdays 10am until 12pm (noon)

Thursdays 2pm until 5pm

Update: Starting April 2024 the telephone time will be Tuesdays (instead of Mondays) and Thursday.

We do not accept initial appointment requests online. We do not provide therapy assessments, diagnoses, etc. via email or phone.

Initial Appointments

After the first telephone contact, you will receive a login to the initial questionnaire to clarify whether we can offer the adequate treatment for you.

 

Please note: Psychotherapeutic therapies, assessments and psychiatric drug therapies are fully booked. 

 

Swiss Insurance:

Insured persons in the family doctor model (Hausarztmodell) or so-called HMO model (doctors and health network) require a referral by the primary care provider. Insured persons with telemedicine must obtain the prior consent of their health insurance company.

 

Other:

Without insurance according to the Swiss Health Insurance Act (Krankenversicherungsgesetz KVG), only self-payment by agreement is possible.

 

Patients who would like to bill foreign health insurances must clarify themselves what will be covered. Conditions are the same as for self-payments.
