We are an ordering practice, which means you must make an appointment in advance by phone (no walk-ins)

Tuesdays 10am until 12pm (noon)

Thursdays 2pm until 5pm

 Special info:  From April 11th until 21th 2025 the practice will be closed.

The telephone times are canceled May 1st (Labor day), May 8th and May 29th (Ascension Day).

Please note: 

We are currently not accepting new patients for medical psychiatric treatments and/or psychological treatment. 

We have a limited availability for consultations regarding diagnosis and case assessments for psychotherapy (Fallbeurteilung). Please send your full name, your contact dates and other information (e.g., what exactly you need) per email to us or call us. 

Please note that contacting us doesn´t guarantee an appointment.

Appointments can be canceled by phone or e-mail 24 hours in advance without charge.

In case of medical and life-threatening emergencies, please call the rescue service directly on 144 (ambulance) or 117 (police) and follow their instructions.

We accept initial appointment requests per telephone and email. Please send us your full contact data. The appointment will be made by telephone. We do not provide therapy assessments, diagnoses, etc. via email or phone.

After the first telephone contact, you will receive a login to the initial questionnaire to clarify whether we can offer the adequate treatment for you.

Swiss Insurance:

Insured persons in the family doctor model (Hausarztmodell) or so-called HMO model (doctors and health network) require a referral by the primary care provider. Insured persons with telemedicine must obtain the prior consent of their health insurance company.

Other:

Without insurance according to the Swiss Health Insurance Act (Krankenversicherungsgesetz KVG), only self-payment by agreement is possible.

Patients who would like to bill foreign health insurances must clarify themselves what will be covered. Conditions are the same as for self-payments.
